Kishtwar: Awami Ittehad Party (AIP) delegation led by Abrar Rashid son of Member Parliament Er Rashid on Monday visited here in Hayan Kishtwar to offer their condolence with families of the eight persons, including five children, who lost their lives in the tragic road accident on the Sinthan-Kokernag route in Anantnag district on Saturday.
In a statement issued to Alfaaz – The Words, the party said that Abrar Rashid along with South Kashmir incharge Zameer Dukroo along with Pulwama incharge Sofi Iqbal and Dooru constituency incharge Hilal Malik met the families of Anantnag Daksum road accident to express their sympathies with victim families.
The party leaders expressed their deep grief and sorrow over the tragic road accident in Daksum Kokernag that resulted in the loss of eight lives, including five children on Sunday.
Abrar Rashid said that he was deeply grieved over the tragedy and that he is shattered to see the helpless family members. “May Almighty Allah grant the departed souls the highest place in Jannah and may Allah give the much needed patience to the kith and kin of the victims to bear the pain of this inconsolable and irreparable loss.”
The party leaders assured every possible help and demanded ex-gratia relief in favour of victim families.
