Srinagar: Two non-local residents sustained injuries after suspected militants opened fire on them in central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Friday evening.
As per reports, the non-local duo sustained injuries after shot at by suspected militants in Mazhama of Magam area.
Identified as Sanjay and Mohammed Usman from Uttar Pradesh, the duo was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. The condition of both the injured is largely stable.
Security forces have in the meantime rushed to the spot and cordoned off the area to nab the assailants.
